- We specialize in Phase I’s. Though additional services are available, we do not push additional work on our clients. We will go the extra mile in our Phase I ESA research to limit the need for costly, time-consuming Phase II work. Of course, when a Phase II is required, you will be notified immediately during the Phase I ESA process so as to avoid the "surprise" near the closing of your transaction.
